You’ll want to choose a facility that has a record of good, competent, compassionate care…and you’ll want to ask about liability insurance. Liability insurance protects nursing home and assisted living residents in the event that they become injured at the facility. In this video, “Nursing Home Liability Insurance,” attorney Carma Henson discusses why liability insurance is important, and what to ask of the nursing home operator. *** Principal Office of Henson & Fuerst, PA: 2501 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC 27607 *** Hi, I’m Carma Henson, a partner at HensonFuerst Attorneys in Raleigh & Rocky Mount North Carolina. In my first educational video—the one titled “How to Choose a Good Nursing Home”—I talked in general terms about nursing homes. I suggested what to look for when considering a nursing home for a loved one; I explained the federal government’s Five Star Rating program for nursing homes, and I reminded viewers of their rights. Today, I want to talk about one specific area of concern to me as an attorney-advocate; that is

  1. I had a claim back in April. I moved in May and informed Direct line customer services AND the claims department of new address; they are still writing to me old address further increasing the time this whole matter is taking. My wife has been with DL for ten years, I have for 3 and we have our home insurance with them, this will all be cancelled when they are due for renewal. Thanks directline, your poor record keeping means I will have a CCJ against my name.

  2. Love these adverts but Direct Line themselves???? Nah!! Steve Gerry totally agree, did the same for my son, we were basically trapped for at least four years when we did the move to Churchills. As soon as you want them to go on their won they really hike the price up. Con merchants; no wonder they’re not on any comparison sites, they’d never have any business!!!

  3. aww love these two in these adverts, where’s the ‘lil bit rude’ and ‘bit rough’ ones? if someone could upload them they just crack me up $$’x

  4. drugs what the hells your problem
and also you’re not using caps now so you must be lying and wanted to get your anger out

  5. I really dont want to talk to a communist, they have a very clouded view on everything.
But now i`m here, If you mean capital letter`s, I write that way when i dont feel like dotting the i`sss. I have ARTHRITUS in my hand`s and quite often cant type at all.
As for going home???. I cant quite see the point of you saying that at all. Maybe you are in a drug fuddled state and you are dictating what you overheard a baby utter. Maybe you will feel better tomorrow, In any case, Get better soon.

  6. CAPITALS DO NOT CHANGE THE POINT IN A CONVERSATION IN THE INTERNET WHAT SO EVER!! now shuddup and go home

  7. Will you be uploading the “fifty-fifty” ad soon, where the couple are in sleeping bags? Sauvignon !!!

  8. Do a commercial, you’re off the artistic roll call, every word you say is suspect, you’re a corporate whore and eh, end of story.

  9. I’m not a fan of ads but these really make me laugh. Still don’t take in what they are advertising though.

  10. This range of adverts is pathetic, I have moved my car, caravan, home and buildings away from direct line as they are trying to appeal to members of the publi who could not outwit a used teabag.

  11. Named driver discount- it’s a scam you should avoid!!!
When my son reached 17 he was added as a named driver and was ok for 1 year. On his 18th we bought him a basic 206. When we rang Direct L we were quoted approximately £8K for Third Party Fire & Theft insurance including No Claims Discount.
We went Admiral for under £1,800 I rang DL and was told “what this quote means is that we don’t want to insure him”. I stayed DL thinking sons would save – it’s basically a lie.

  12. I CANNOT STAND THESE TWO PUNTER`S. I FIND THEM IRRATATING BEYOND BELIEF.
jUST WHEN I WAS GOING TO GET A QUOTE LAST MONTH AND THIS PAIR PUT ME OFF
I STAYED ON ADMIRAL. MAYBE NEXT TIME UNLESS THESE IDIOTS ARE STILL PLAYING. IT`S BAD ENOUGH WITH ‘GO COMPARE’, NOW THERE`S A SERIOUS FEEDBACK ISSUE. WHY DO THE ADS PEOPLE PUT THESE RUBBISH ADS ON KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THE FEEDBACK IS SO BAD, MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AND MANY OTHER PUNTER`S AS WELL. WE WONT SPEND OUR MONEY WITH FIRM`S THAT ANNOY US. amen

  13. These are great, when is the new one coming online?! “Are those hours consecutive?” “No darling, they’re 40 years apart.” Ha, get it uploaded! 🙂
